Delivery Policy
There is one shipping fee per standard carton. This will automatically be calculated for you on your order. Standard Delivery fees are:

Standard delivery will be within three working days.
We also are able to arrange same day, and urgent, point to point, delivery on request. If you require delivery to different addresses, please make separate orders for each delivery address, or phone (09) 570 7071 and order with our friendly customer services team.
Please note: all prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars.
A signature is required on delivery (or instructions where goods may be delivered safely).
Farro Fresh does not accept responsibility for any goods not signed for on delivery. We regret we cannot accept PO Boxes as a delivery address or rural delivery address. Work addresses are fine but please state delivery hours.
For orders to more than one destination, a freight charge will apply per delivery address. We will advise total freight charges on confirmation of your order.
If by any chance one of the products is out of stock, Farro Fresh will replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value.
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM, excluding public holidays). Your parcel should arrive within 2-3 working days. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days

Please be aware that at peak times (e.g. Christmas etc.) deliveries may take slightly longer due to the volume of freight moving around New Zealand
We regret we do not freight products internationally.
Return Policy
Unfortunately, since these items are perishable, they aren't returnable unless we made a mistake in your order or in shipping. In that case, please email us within three days of your order and we will arrange for an exchange of your items.
