Feijoa Sour

Feijoa Sour

Serves: 1

Method

Add all ingredients into a shaker.

Dry shake. (Shake without ice).

Open shaker, you should see a foamy head.

Now add a good amount of ice.

Shake once more vigorously.

Strain into a coupe glass.

Garnish with rose petals or buds.

50ml Seedlip Garden 108

20ml Lemon Juice

25ml Six Barrel Feijoa Syrup (Available from Farro for a limited time only)

25ml Egg Whites

* If vegan – switch out egg whites for aquafaba.

Ice cubes
