KALE, KIWI AND GREEN TEA SMOOTHIE

Getting your healthy on got a whole lot easier. Try this nutrient packed green tea smoothie with fresh cut fruit and vegetables to start your day

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into tall glasses, dust with extra matcha powder and serve with lime wedges

Ingredients

1 Avocado peeled and coarsely chopped

1 Lebanese cucumber coarsely chopped

1 Banana peeled and coarsely chopped

1 Kiwifruit peeled and chopped

200 mls C Organic coconut water

1.5 cups spinach leaves

1 cup mint leaves

1 tablespoon Culinary grade Matcha powder plus extra to serve

1.5 cups Ice Cubes

2 limes 1 juiced, 1 cut into wedges for serving
