Mango Lassi

Mango Lassi

A lassi is a great drink to accompany super-spicy foods, as the yoghurt really cools the tongue or just simply as a lovely cooling summer drink. Only use really ripe mangos, but don’t be afraid to add passionfruit, seasonal stone fruit or summer berries .

Prep: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 500mls

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and process for at least 1 min, or until well combined. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

3 ripe mangos, peeled and roughly chopped
200 ml Raglan coconut yoghurt
150 ml water
6 ice cubes
1⁄2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1⁄2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
