Add the potatoes to a large saucepan and cover with water.
Bring to a boil over a high heat and cook for 12-15 mins or until cooked through, but not falling apart.
Drain well in a colander.
Add drained potatoes to a medium-sized mixing bowl along with the herb spread, gently mix to coat.
Season to taste and serve on a platter or serving bowl.
