Fry sliced chorizo in an ovenproof frying pan, add sliced onion and cook for a few minutes. Add sweet smoked paprika, stir to combine then add halved Brussel sprouts and season generously. Pan fry for a few minutes to coat well then put into a hot oven for 10 minutes or until the Brussel sprouts are tender.

1 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
