Method

Spread Drunken Nanny Dill Lush Curd on a toasted bagel. Top with Aoraki Smokehouse Cold Smoked Salmon, red onion, cucumber and capers. Top with extra virgin olive oil, preserved lemon slices, dill, and season with salt and pepper.
