Over The Moon Camembert 130g
Over the Moon are based in South Waikato and is home to Over the Moons cheese making operations. Making about 23,000 kg per year, they are very hands on and take absolute pride in the quality of their cheese making. Their camembert is a Normandy style, made with a much gentler and more ancient process than other modern Camembert's. The flavour is slightly mushroomy, and becomes stronger as time passes. Its texture is voluptuous and creamy, and it has a lively yellowish interior and often with a faint white core which disappears at full maturity. In the true French style, it has a slightly earthy aroma and taste. We suggest you use as part of a cheese platter or as part of an antipasto plate.
