Changes to Farro Online
As a valued Farro online customer, we wanted to let you know that we have decided to pause our online grocery shopping service for this winter – effective from Friday 11 May 2018.
You still will be able to purchase online our hampers and gift cards and get delivered to your door.
This isn’t a decision we’ve made lightly. However we feel that the current online service offering doesn’t meet the high standards we want you to experience. So over the next few months, we will be making improvements to our online service and will keep you informed on these exciting developments.

Why are you stopping online when online retail is such a growing area?
Our online experience is not currently meeting Farro’s high standards for outstanding customer experience so we have made the tough decision to pause the online service whilst we make improvements to the site. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause customers.
Can we still order online and pick up in store?
You will only be able to order our hampers and gift cards online going forward.
When will the service be bought back?
At this stage we will be pausing it over the next few months while we reassess our experience online and make improvements to the site. We plan to have an improved online service available in Spring.
