Hannah Miller uses local ingredients and free-range pork to create charcuterie. Passionate about nose to tail cookery, Hannah honed her skills as a chef first before bringing her finesse and attention to detail to butchery.
There will be tasty nibbles from the Lady Butcher’s charcuterie range, some take-home dry-cure mixes and a glass of BBC beer to enjoy as well.
