SEPTERMER: Sail the Mediterranean
Spring has arrived, and with the prospect of the warm breezes of Summer now on the horizon we’re looking to the Mediterranean for eating inspiration. One of the most famous Mediterranean chefs – Yotam Ottolenghi – has sparked our creativity, his simple but colourful recipes make the most of delicious spring ingredients and rich local flavours. Seafood and fish are also an important component of the eclectic Mediterranean diet – usually synonymous with the Kiwi summer it’s a great excuse to enjoy some ocean fresh eats!
